Payment

On all orders to be delivered in 3-weeks or less full payment must be made prior to your order being shipped.

On all 6-week orders we ask for a 50% down payment to initiate your order and the balance paid just prior to delivery.

All repeat clients may establish a relationship with us whereby we provide net 30-day terms or other mutually agreed upon payment plans.

Return Policy

Due to the customization aspect of all orders all sales are final.

It is our policy to assure you that you receive a playing card product that is based upon the proof you approve. Credits, returns or re-prints are only available in the case of a manufacturing defect. Any playing cards that may be defectively printed will be replaced at no additional charge to you.

To receive a credit, return, or re-print you must return your order within 7 days of delivery to:

Design Changes

The playing card printer cannot be depended upon to proof your artwork. Any design corrections are entirely your responsibility, so we urge you to always proof your artwork thoroughly.

We cannot stress this enough to you. We want you to be totally happy and you must take full responsibility for this aspect of your order.

Any changes made after your initial proof is approved are subject to a film plate charge of $75.00 on all orders of 500 decks or less, and $300.00 on orders of 500 decks or more.

We are not responsible for your approved proofs in any way. You are and must be 100% responsible for the accuracy of all proofs. Therefore, when we send them to you take the time to make sure that they are correct and contain all aspects of your order. Clients often overlook this issue and we cannot stress the importance of this exercise, for your sake, to get your playing card order right.

There are many playing card printers available to you; this makes your job of choosing the right company to print your custom playing cards a difficult and sometimes confusing task. We know that you can buy direct from overseas companies for a few pennies less than us, but where is their service and what level of quality is sacrificed? Where are their assurances on delivery day?

No Setup Fees

If you shop other playing card printers you will find that most, if not all others, charge significant setup fees and for extra colors - we do not. They also charge rush fees - we do not.

We treat all orders as a "rush" order. The only additional charge you may incur over and above your quoted prices from us is the additional cost of shipping when facing a tight deadline.
