How to order your own customized playing cards
Ordering Process
The ordering process begins when you contact us either by email, phone or fax. Unlike other playing card companies, we do not provide you the ability to order simply by uploading your artwork to an auto-generating template. We feel that this is impersonal and removes a very critical element of your final product: quality assurance!
Our company has been built and operates upon a foundation of client service and satisfaction. In addition, we never charge unnecessary or non-existent fees.
Here are the basic steps we ask you to follow to facilitate the ordering process:
1) Contact Us
Send us an e-mail detailing your order's needs. We need all the information you can provide, e.g., your design, quantities needed, and the date you need to receive your order.
2) Initial Design
Based upon your needs we may send you design templates, or we may ask you to send your art files to us and we will lay it out for you. We will provide you with the most economical quote based upon your communicated needs.
Note - When providing artwork it is best to send us your original art files. Corel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PDF files work best for us.
3) Design Proofing
Once your artwork is completed we provide you with proofs of your card design. We do not charge you for an order until a proof is given approval by you.
4) Production and Shipment
When a card design proof is approved, we begin production and shipment of your order. The size of the order will of course affect the length of time needed to complete it.
